  2. TNP should support real-time DATUM conversion

    I often find myself in situations where I need to determine the coordinates of my current location in PSAD56 (which is still
    used in several countries in South America) and have to use a third-party app to do the conversion, which is a bummer.

    You should include an option to display two sets of coordinates using two different DATUMs just like handheld GPS units do.

    P.S: Are there any plans to provide support for more DATUMs in the near future?

    Standalone/SBAS and DGPS will be supported for Android using mock location and iOS using location manager. As such any location app will be able to use Trimble Leap as a location provider. Note, RTX corrections will NOT be available at this time.

  4. Trimble LEAP should support CMRx, RTCM3x and NMEA differential corrections via internet

    There are so many CORS sites and NTRIP Caster streaming 1s CMRx, RTCM3x and NMEA differential corrections via internet IP or TCP ports so Trimble LEAP should support them all

    Work is underway for NTRIP support for corrections over the Internet from stations with RTCM 2.x streams. If sufficient need arises we will consider other correction types.

  5. Make a lighter color scheme for TNP.

    Have the current dark version and a light version on the point collection screen for outside. The current version of terrain navigator pro is hard to see in the bright sun and turning up the screen brightness accelerates the battery draw on the tablet and or phone.

  6. that you provide the NASA 30m DEM for each country in the TNP

    TNP only is providing maps for the USA territories. There is nothing offered for the rest of the world so why anyone outside the USA would buy it?

    Get the NASA SMRT 30m resolution Digital Elevation Model for each country as well as any other United Nation, FAO, etc digital base maps to include them in the TNP per country

    Neither LEAP nor TNP Mobile apps are 100% compatible with ASUS Fonepad 8 (Android OS 4.4.2) or other Android INTEL powered phablets

  8. .T02 and .JOB files should be generated by Trimble LEAP in addition to RINEX output

    Having these native or exported would be a great feature

  9. integrate LEAP/TNP with Trimble InSphere online apps including Terraflex

    Sharing the GIS data surveyed with the Trimble LEAP/TNP with InSphere/Terraflex/Equipment Manager/Data Manager and all other apps is a must have.

  11. Power up/off command in Trimble LEAP app via BT

    Provide a power up and turn off command via bluetooth from within the Trimble LEAP app so that it is not necessary to press the receiver power up button,

  12. improve the sensitivity of the power button on the Trimble LEAP it is too hard!

    The power button requires pressing real hard to be able to start the Trimble LEAP please improve it asap
